Will Preisch
Will grew up in the restaurant business, working at his family’s 24-hour diner from a tender and illegal age, busing tables, making from scratch desserts, and eventually working on the line. Will spent the last 14 years working in restaurants throughout Portland such as Park Kitchen, Le Pigeon, The Bent Brick and Holdfast. He has travelled the world gaining experience at high end restaurants in Iceland, Denmark and France (and visiting a lot of B&B’s along the way). He is excited to take all these experiences, and craft them into a clear, clean vision of food and hospitality. Will, along with his wife Sara and cat Jojo are excited to be out of the city, experiencing all that farm life has to offer.
