Q: What time is check In?
A: Check in is available anytime after 3pm.
Q: Do you accept pets?
A: Your pets are absolutely welcome. We just ask that they remain on a leash at all times and they cannot be left in the rooms unattended. Additionally, there is a cleaning fee of $30.
Q: What are your rates?
A: We have two different rates, On-Season which runs from May 1 – Oct 31st, the rooms are $356.30 per night. During the Off-Season which runs from Nov 1 – Apr 30th, the rooms are $254.50
Q: Where do I check In?
A: We have you all set up for a self check-in. You can go directly to the lobby of the suites. A welcome letter will be in the lobby with room assignments and pertinent information. The key to your assigned room will be in the door, please give us a call if you need assistance.
Q: Can I reserve a room for tonight?
A: At this time, we are not able to accept same day reservations.
Q: What time is breakfast?
A: 9am
Q: Can the breakfast Chef accommodate my dietary restrictions?
A: Yes, with prior notice, which can be done in the comments section of the reservation process.
Q: Does Lyft or Uber work at your location?
A: Kinda. They do sometimes make their way out to us, but you can probably expect a longer wait time. We recommend Aspen Limo and Lucky Limo for car services.
Q: Is there any wine tasting near Abbey Road Farm?
A: Yes, ours is right up the hill! And there are over 100 tasting rooms within minutes. We have maps with tasting room descriptions and hours. There is also a table with information in the common room of the Silo Suites lobby.
Q: Where do I get dinner?
A: There are many wonderful options in Carlton (4miles away) Newberg (7miles away) and McMinnville (8miles away) Our Innkeepers are happy to share their favorites at check in or at breakfast!
Q: Can the breakfast Chef pack me a “to go“ lunch?
A: No, but we do have some snacks available for sale in our Tasting Room.
Q: Do the Silo Suites have cribs or roll-out beds?
A: No
Q: Are the Silo Suites ADA accessible?
A: No (Sorry!)
Q: Do the Silo Suites have and elevator?
A: No. Ground level rooms are: Chardonnay Suite & Riesling Suite, please book these rooms if stairs present a challenge.
Q: How will I go back to regular life after being spoiled at Abbey Road Farm?
A: You can’t but we would love to have you back for another luxurious stay!
